Front Nine is built for that moment. A naturally processed single origin from Fazenda Mió in Brazil, it's smooth enough to drink on the drive over and good enough to think about on the walk to the second green. Roasted nuts, dark chocolate, a creamy finish that doesn't outstay its welcome.

Mió is a female-led estate at 900 to 1,100 metres in Monte Santo de Minas, one of Brazil's best-producing regions. They track every lot from tree to roaster, preserve a third of their land as native forest, and take the same long view of their work that good golfers take of a difficult hole. Patient, precise, no unnecessary fuss.

Natural process. The cherry dries whole, no water involved. Clean start, clean cup.
